Crystals are fragile treasures. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us at support@sereneauracrystals.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Natural Variations (Disclaimer)

Please note that crystals are natural products of the Earth. Minor imperfections, internal fractures (veins), and variations in color or size are not defects. These are the unique "fingerprints" of nature that prove your stone is authentic.

4. How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step)

  • Step 01: Contact us via email with your Order Number and the reason for return.
  • Step 02: Our team will provide the return shipping address within 24-48 hours.
  • Step 03: Pack the item securely (using original bubble wrap) and ship it back to us.
  • Step 04: Once inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a quality defect or damage during transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
